Position Specific Training
Our position specific training is designed for players wanting to improve their skills at a specific position on the baseball field. With this being a progressive program, the athletes will start by learning the basic fundamentals and expand to specific techniques as the cycle progresses. Our coaches challenge the players by focusing on the fundamentals, while at the same time pushing them on a weekly basis with new information and techniques.
**We will be offering two separate age groups, (ages 8-12) will be Group 1, (ages 13-18) will be Group 2.
$650.00 + HST (Both Days) = $734.50

Designed for pitchers looking to improve on their mechanics, accuracy/location, arm strength/velocity, pick-offs, PFP's (pitcher fielding practice), different pitches/grips (age specific), and the mental aspects of the pitching game.
